All book writing, editing, proofreading, and marketing services offered by BookPublications UK are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Copyrights

As per our agreement, we will always give you complete ownership of the content we produce for you. You are allowed to use the finished product however you see fit; we don't own any rights to it.

Payment

For any lowered services, we demand full payment in ahead, including all relevant taxes, which the client is responsible for paying.

Revision

We allow numerous revisions within seven days of the project's final delivery in order to guarantee your pleasure. The period of time for revisions may be extended to 14 days in exceptional circumstances.

The following are the turnaround times for revisions:

• The revision turnaround time for projects with a 24-hour urgency is 24 hours.
• The revision turnaround time is 48 hours for projects that need to be completed within 24 to 48 hours and 72 hours for projects that need to be completed within 48 hours.

Project Requirement

Before beginning a job, we at BookPublications UK go over each requirement with each of our clients one-on-one. Any disputes about the services will be discussed with you in accordance with the terms and conditions decided upon at the beginning of the project.

Refund Policy

• If you want a full refund before submitting your manuscript, transaction fees of $150, or 10% of the purchase price, will be deducted.
• Following ninety days from the date of purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not generated immediately following payment confirmation of the transaction. If a customer decides otherwise, BookPublications UK is under no obligation to issue a refund.
• This is how we handle refunds:
  1. Once your manuscript has been submitted, you can receive a refund. However, you can still claim a 75% purchase price prior to the designing stage (this includes formatting, editing, corrections, pre-production, image arrangement, and resizing; these are not just design tasks).
  2. 50% of the purchase price is yours to keep after design work but before final approval.
  3. Once the work has received final clearance, you are not eligible for a refund.
• You have seven days to obtain a refund if you're not happy with our services. Your order will be returned based on our multiple revision policy and will be refunded as a percentage. If no refund request is made, the order will be considered accepted.

Terms of Use

• The services based on the data supplied by BookPublicationsUK.com are not included in BookPublications UK. Furthermore, it excludes all other warranties, certificates, advice, and guarantees.
• Any loss or harm arising from inadvertent errors on this website is not the company's fault.
• Furthermore, BookPublications UK disclaims all liability for interruptions, malfunctions, theft, fraud, miscommunication, or unapproved use of your work.
• As you accept the terms and conditions below, you also agree to defend and hold BookPublications UK and its subsidiaries harmless from any losses, liabilities, and claims arising from (1) your use of the services and website; (2) your violation of the terms and conditions below; and (3) your violations of third-party rights, including rights of publicity, intellectual property, confidentiality, and privacy.
• No partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture is formed between the client and the company by the terms of your website agreement.
